Six downtowns today — Austin, Seattle, Greenville, Nashville, Denver and Portland — with 66 spots in each core: restaurants and cafés, things to do, and places to stay. Every spot sits inside the walkable centre of the city, not out in the suburbs.
Yes, while we're in beta. There is no paid tier and there never will be paid placement — nothing on the map is promoted, and we don't take booking fees from venues.
Live OpenStreetMap queries through the Overpass API, cached for seven days so the map stays fast. Ratings come from Google and are only shown when the name, address and coordinates match the venue exactly.
No. We list what a place is, where it is and when it's open. Prices and reservations stay with the venue — we'd rather be a guide than a checkout.
No. The guide is built for people who'd rather not plan their night around alcohol: coffee houses, bakeries, museums, record shops, theatres, late-night kitchens and hotels you can walk to.
We add downtowns one at a time, and only when the core is worth walking. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when yours opens.
